On March 25, 2023, the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) will host the JROTC Three-Position National Championships awards ceremony – recognizing the top sporter and precision air rifle JROTC teams and individuals from across the country.
The CMP, along with the overwhelming generosity of the Garand Collectors Association (GCA), donated $187,000 in scholarship money to 153 junior student-athletes in 2021 through the Carolyn Hines Memorial Scholarship Program.
