Columbia, MO – In an effort to continue expanding, enhancing, and perpetuating youth shooting sports activities, MidwayUSA Foundation has hired Yim Szeto as Program Manager. Based near Houston, Yim will assist youth shooting teams and organizations in the Southwest region of the United States. As a Program Manager, she will work to help participating youth shooting programs to use their MidwayUSA Foundation to its full potential, ensuring youth shooting sports is funded in perpetuity.
Previously with Mossberg and Blaser USA, Yim comes to the Foundation with years of experience in the outdoor and shooting industry. “I am very excited and proud to be working with MidwayUSA Foundation in our mission to provide sustainable funding to youth shooting sports teams. I look forward to applying my efforts toward helping secure the future existence and enhancement of all aspects of youth shooting sports,” said Yim. In addition to team and organization endowments, this Program Manager position will also be active in MidwayUSA Foundation’s Coach Training and Range Development cash grant programs.
As an avid shooter and hunter, Yim is well versed and invested in all aspects of shooting sports. She replaces Sarah Hall, who recently took on the role of Project and Events Manager with MidwayUSA Foundation. Youth shooting teams, organizations, or partners in the Southwest region are encouraged to reach out to Yim and welcome her to MidwayUSA Foundation.
